Wagering Requirement

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For Sports Betting, stakes will be refunded if an event is cancelled or postponed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta9app. Violations will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Bonus arbitrage or deliberately circumventing bonus terms
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information

Either the user or jeta9app may close an account.

User-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before closure. You may also opt for self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be suspended
• If the account is closed for a valid reason, the balance will be returned

• Jeta9app is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors or server downtime
• If a game is cancelled due to a lost internet connection, your stake will be refunded
• Jeta9app is not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues
• Services may be disrupted in force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyberattacks)
